LINTHORST, Dennis “Wally”
of Gorrie passed away suddenly as the result of a motor vehicle accident on Monday, August 12 at the age of 17. Cherished son of Jacqueline and her husband Paul Van Nes of Gorrie and A.J. Linthorst of R.R. #1 Elmwood. Dear brother of Stephan (Courtney), Matthew, Robert and Nathan. Grandson of Jacob and Anneke Mulder of Atwood and Henk and Betty Linthorst of Gowanstown. Dennis will be missed by his Opa den Hertog of the Netherlands. Nephew of Sebastiaan and Trudy Mulder, Bert Mulder and Mariette Mulder, Janwillem and Jenni Lynn Linthorst, Brenda Linthorst and Erik Lindeboom. Dennis will be sadly missed by his many cousins, extended family in the Netherlands and friends. The family received friends at the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church, 400 Whites Road, Palmerston on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. A funeral service of remembrance was held in the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 11:00am. Interment Palmerston Cemetery.
