It seems that size does matter.

Minto Mayor David Anderson recently commented on the number of people who attended the LHIN?(Local Health Integration Network) meeting in Harriston last month.

He said representatives were very impressed with the turnout and the quality of the issues they raised.

“I think there were a lot of good questions and presentations there,” he said.

Anderson said the average numbers at similar meetings in the area were about 50 to 60 people. The Harriston attendance totalled around 310.

“It’s strong community support. They were impressed with that,” he said.
