Robert John Leith, of Mount Forest, passed away at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest, on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Barb Bye and the late Bonnie Leith. Loving father of Krista Yake and her husband Ira and step-father of Cindy Bye, Sandy Van dongen and her husband Frank, Jamie Bye and his partner Heidi, Rob Bye and his partner Kelly, Patti Vasey and her husband Mark. Cherished grandfather of Chris, Megan, and step-grandfather of Ben and his wife Brenda, Jorjia, Wyatt, Somer, Hailey, Alexa and Sam. Fondly remembered by his many great-grandchildren, sisters Shirley Clarke and her husband Scotty and Jean Way. Brother-in-law of Frank Cassar and Heather and her husband Derwyn Reuber. Predeceased by son Brent Robert, sister Betty Cassar and daughter-in-law Janice Bye. Friends called at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest on Tuesday, November 26th from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00pm, where members of the Masonic Lodge held a memorial service at 6:30pm. A funeral service celebrating Bob’s life was held at Mount Forest United Church, 175 Queen Street East, Mount Forest on Wednesday, November 27th at 1:00pm. Spring Interment at Holstein Cemetery.
