LEADLAY, Micah Robert
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Micah Leadlay at the age of 47. He is survived by his beloved wife, Julie Leadlay (Gowing), his three children who he adored, Rowen, Cole and Ellie, and his parents Don and Colleen (Downey) Leadlay. Preceded by his sisters, Jeannie and Donna Leadlay. Always Loved by his siblings, Joel & Shiori (Bando) Leadlay, Jessica (Leadlay) and Ronnie Dare, Josh and Jessica (Bakos) Leadlay. Micah will be missed by close family, Cathy Gowing (McPhee) and Brad Gowing, Kim (Gowing) and Brad Hyslop and Kyle and Christie (Steckler) Gowing. Micah loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, Peyton, Quintin, Remington (Leadlay) Abby and Piper (Hyslop) and Nate (Gowing). Micah grew up in Arthur, Ontario. He worked for Home Hardware, Wellesley for many years as a floor installer and was always complimented on his professionalism and work ethic. In his free time, Micah enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his kids. He was a great dad, who loved participating in sports and outdoor activities. They enjoyed going to the beach, hiking, fishing, and going out to the bush. We will miss Micah for his gentle nature, his contagious smile, his great sense of humor and most of all his devoted love for his family. A service will be held for Micah on December 11th, 2022, at the Arthur Community Center at 158 Domville Street, Arthur ON at 2:30pm.
