LANGLANDS, William “Ross”
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of William “Ross” Langlands on Friday, September 2, 2022 peacefully at his home in Fergus. Predeceased by parents William and Katherine Langlands, and his loving wife Ellen Langlands. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Huggins (Steven), grandsons Jake and Luke, sister Sandra Melvin (Jim), nieces Laura, Leslie, Meredith and nephew Fraser. His love for bicycle rides and his passion for tennis, badminton and pickle ball brought him great enjoyment and many friends with similar passions. He was always willing to give advice or a quick lesson to anyone willing to learn. A celebration of life will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral home in Fergus on October 1 from 1pm to 3pm. Memorial Donations in memory of Ross can be made to the Free to Grow Program for the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.
