Rod Perry, president of the Erin Agricultural Society, has announced the Ontario Provincial Police will increase their presence at the Erin Fall Fair on Thanksgiving weekend with a mobile command post that will be stationed on the grounds and staffed throughout the fair. Sgt. John Peppler said the 38-foot-long unit includes a telescopic camera high above the roof that can scan almost the entire site, which will help locate missing children. “We very much appreciate the OPP’s support of our community and the Erin Fair,” said Perry.  Submitted photo
