JONES, Gerald “Gerry” Robert
Gerald Robert Jones was born November 3rd 1940 in Toronto, Ontario. He is predeceased by his parents Marjorie (Speakman) Jones and Saltus Jones. Loving husband of Audrey Jones, brother of Ron (Gail) and stepson of Ruth Jones. Father to Dan (Meredith) Jorgensen, Stephanie (David) Jones, Diane (Phil) Schilling and Don (Carol) Jones and twelve grandchildren. He was an entrepreneur at heart and the proud owner of Mr. Front End. He loved spending time on the farm with his cows and going skiing and snowboarding. He dreamed of having time to fly fish. He passed peacefully on October 16, 2019 with his wife by his side. Service of Remembrance will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Friday, October 25th, 2019 at 1:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Gerry’s life in the reception room.
