JOLLEY, Joan Beatrice
Passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus, on Monday, January 16th, 2023, at the age of 92. Beloved mother of Mark Burton (Dona) and devoted grandmother to James Thomas Burton, Erin Kathleen Burton (Kevin), Laura Nicole Burton, Amy Elizabeth Hookey (Stanley) and great grandmother to Samuel, Alex and Beau. Loving step mother to Tim Henry, Cathy Henry (Tony), Mary Henry (Chris), Anne Marie Henry (Gino) and Patrick Henry. Step grandmother to Jason, Ella, Michael, Rebecca, Kaylee and Michael Finn. Joan will be missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Henry Thomas and Florence Martha Jolley (Clark) and her sister Grace Emma Yull. Also predeceased by her husbands Earl Anderson Burton (1979), Joseph Rozborski and Keith Henry. Visitation was held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Sunday, January 22nd, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm, with Parish Prayers at 6:45pm. Funeral Mass was Celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 760 St. David St. North in Fergus, on Monday, January 23rd, 2023 at 11:00am. Reception followed. Memorial donations in Joan’s memory can be directed to the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation – McMaster Children’s Hospital.
