‘Incentive’

“Follow the money.” That is what Hal Holbrook said in the film All the Presidents’ Men.
Premier Doug Ford has used municipal zoning orders (MZO) 40 times to lock out municipal input, local zoning, environmental protection regulations, citizen input, conservation authorities, and all other regulations that might block a developer from having his project approved. Sites have been approved in as little as two days. Perhaps there is incentive to do so.
