HURLBURT, Keith Alfred
Born on Monday, November 15, 1943 in Toronto, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2023 in Parry Sound, Ontario, after over a year fight with Colon cancer at 79 years old. Born to George and Gladys Hurlburt (Smithers) of Toronto, Ontario. Brother to David, Bruce, Glenda and Lloyd Hurlburt. Father to David (Daun) and Carl (Shannon) Hurlburt. Grandfather to Samantha, Piper, Emily and Cody. Predeceased by sons James and Andrew Hurlburt. For many years Keith was the big boss with his agency exclusive models in this capacity. He mentored countless people, spread joy and taught others the power of random acts of kindness. Keith’s sharp wit, clever comments and “Keith-isms” were a mainstay of his character. He was impeccable with his word; kept promises and the world is better because of him. Keith’s exceptional gift for empathy was infectious and thus his legacy will never die. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus with a funeral service beginning at 3:00pm in the chapel of the Funeral Home.
