HUNTER, Mary (née Lanfranchi)

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Hunter, who left us peacefully after a brief illness, with her beloved husband, David, of nearly 61 years by her side on April 3. Mary was a devoted wife, a loving mother to Dave (Tamara) and Rob, and a proud grandmother to David, Mackenzie (Logan), Dylan, Sydney, and Angus. She was also eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first great-grandchild. Mary will be deeply missed by her many siblings, nieces, and nephews, along with all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary’s kindness, warmth, and love for her family will be forever cherished in their hearts. A gathering for family and close friends will be held in her honour on Saturday, April 12th from 2 - 4pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home in Fergus. In lieu of flowers, donations to Groves Memorial Community Hospital would be appreciated.
