Following a courageous struggle, Jake Howlett of Fergus passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. Beloved husband of Linda Scott. Loved father of Ken and Vicky of Fergus, Mark and Cindy of Fergus, and step-father of Melanie and Chris of Toronto, Jessica and Jamie of Belwood and Johanna and Max of Fergus. Dearest Papa of Isobel, Stratton, Elijah, Charlotte, Finley, Maisie and Lincoln. Predeceased by 4 sisters, Myrtle, Eileen, Betty and infant sister Barbara Jean. Loved son of the late Herb and Olive Howlett. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 1:00- 2:00PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St South, Fergus. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00PM. Memorial donation in Jake’s memory may be made to Groves Memorial Hospital.
