Hooves for Hospice set for Nov. 2
FERGUS - Hooves for Hospice is returning for a second year.
On Nov. 2, the Fergus Ride for Cancer will take place at 6065 4th Line in Centre Wellington.
To reserve a ride participants must pay $45 by Oct. 26.
Participants are invited to bring their horse and ride over private properties just outside of Fergus.
Riders are required to raise at least $75 to participate. This cost includes a hot chili buffet.
All funds raised will go to Hospice Wellington.
In order to participate riders must bring their own horse, have signed waivers, own an Ontario Equestrian membership and wear a helmet. The ride is scheduled to start at 11am rain or shine.
