HERRON, Garland (Gary)
1937-2019. It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of our beloved father who went home peacefully to be with his Lord and Saviour at The Guelph General Hospital at the age of 82 years on Sunday, December 22nd. Loving father of the 5 B’s, Barbara (Tim) Feil, Bruce (Barbara), Bonnie (JP Dupius), predeceased Beverly (Steve) O’Neil, Brian (Sandy), predeceased infant daughter Mary (1966). Cherished Poppie of 15 grandchildren and 9 great Grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Joan (McKeown), parents Bruce and Maude Herron, sister Viona (Gordon Harrison), brother Norwell (Betty), Donald (Elizabeth) and survived by brother Gilbert. The family received friends at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church Street East in Elora on Saturday January 4th 2020 from 2:00 - 6:00pm. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Donations can be directed towards Hospice Wellington or The Kidney Foundation.
