Heritage designation for 37 Henderson
An official heritage designation is now in place for 37 Henderson Street here.
On July 20, councillors approved the designation by bylaw following a recommendation by planner Mariana Iglesias.
On May 25 council approved staff’s recommendation to state its intention to designate the property.
Advertising costs and legal fees to register the designation on title are estimated to be about $2,000. Staff consulted with Heritage Centre Wellington as required by the Ontario Heritage Act.
