Headwaters Arts hosts annual Christmas art show, sale
ALTON – Headwaters Art Gallery is set to host their annual Christmas artesan gift and fine art show and sale Nov. 13 to Jan. 5.
The event will take place in the Headwater Art Gallery at the Alton Mills arts Centre.
It will feature over 30 local and regional artists showcasing an array of unique, original works such as, hand-painted Christmas ornaments, handcrafted jewellery, clay/Raku/stoneware, ceramic, wood turned items, paper sculpture/bowls, glass, pottery, and textiles.
Those interested are invited to drop by and meet the artists, enjoy some refreshments and shop at the opening reception on Nov. 23 from 1 to 3pm as well as the Alton Mills Christmas open house Nov. 23 and 24 from 10am to 5pm.
Throughout the weekend, second floor Studio Artists will open their studios, inviting the public to explore their creative spaces and discover one-of-a-kind gifts for the season.
