HAUCK, Joyce Ann
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Joyce Ann Hauck at Eden House Care Facility in Guelph on Monday, May 12, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on April 7, 1942. Joyce was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She cherished her family and will be deeply missed by her children: the late Edward Hauck, the late Mary (Tom) Dickinson, Marie (Wayne) Massey, Linda Prickett (Bryan Young), Rose Hamilton (Ron Pinder), John Hauck, Joanne Hauck, and Joseph (Dana) Hauck. Her legacy will also live on through her 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. Friends and family were invited to a visitation at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus, on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00pm. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 267 Geddes Street, Elora, on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 11:00am. Following the mass, interment took place at St. Mary Immaculate and St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Elora. All were welcome to join the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Elora Legion, 110 Metcalfe Street, Elora, following the burial. Memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Diabetes Canada and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
