MINTO – Kate Howlett received the Harriston-Minto Agricultural Society Donna Charter’s Memorial Bursary for 2023. The bursary is awarded to a student who is pursuing post secondary education in the field of agriculture. The award was presented  at the Norwell District Secondary School commencement by bursary coordinator Linda Campbell.
