Robert Leslie Keith Harding age 87, Mount Forest, ON It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Les Harding on Friday September 4, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. Born September 14, 1938, in Erin Twp. Les lived a life defined by strength, devotion and unwavering commitment to family and friends. This year, Les and Sherrille celebrated an incredible 63 years of marriage, a partnership built on deep love, respect, and shared laughter. Together they raised five children, passing on a legacy of hard work, resilience, and personal integrity. As a father, Les was a steady anchor for his family, he taught his children how to face challenges with courage and how to care for one another, his strength was not just in character, but in the quiet sacrifices he made to ensure his family had what they needed. Les spent his career as a machine operator where he was known for his work ethic and dependability. Outside of work he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing guitar. He is survived by his wife, Sherrille, his five children, Nick (Vanessa), Leslie (Ian), Bonna (Steve), Kathy (Jim) and Ronni (Dale), his eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place, a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 10, from 1-4 at the Ballinafad Community Centre - 9382 Erin Halton Hills Townline, Erin, ON N0B 1T0.
