HALL, Lorne Wharton
Lorne Hall, 89 of Fergus (formerly of Hillsburgh) passed peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital on July 30, 2024. Dearest son of Elias and Olive Hall and big brother to Ray. Beloved husband of Joan of 66 years. Father of Doug (Sue), Barb (Keith) Switzer, Ken (Edith) and Diane (Bob) Lang. Grandfather of Kim and Lisa (Scott), Chad (Dawn) and Ashley, Stephanie and Brendan (Rachel), and Courtney and Kevin (Monika). Great- Grandfather of 15 (soon to be 16). Lorne enjoyed fishing, Bingo, slots, watching Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs, and life on the farm. A private family graveside burial will be held. Our family would like to express gratitude and appreciation to the many doctors and nurses that were involved in his care.
