Guide to help developers
An Industrial Developer’s Handbook should offer prospective developers and businessmen a hands-on guide to getting started in Minto.
When the report of the newly launched publication came up at council recently, councillor Wayne Martin said, “It’s very interesting and should be very helpful for businesses coming to Minto.”
He considers it an excellent piece of work. “The developers, I’m sure will appreciate this.”
Mayor David Anderson explained that the handbook is the checklist for people interested in industrial lands.
The list gives a breakdown of what is needed to comply with Minto regulations and policies.
“It’s great to have that.”
The comments followed the presentation of the newly developed handbook.
