ELORA – The Grand Celtic Pipe Band celebrated its 25th birthday with a well attended open house last Saturday. The anniversary event, held at the Elora Legion, featured piping, dancing and Celtic music, as well as opportunities to try out the instruments. The large and appreciative audience of all ages seemed to enjoy this tribute to the band and to the region’s Celtic roots.
