GORDON, Robert Gene
Of Puslinch, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, February 29, 2020 in his 82nd year. Loved father of Judy Ledden (Craig), Alan Gordon and Dona Gordon (John). Cherished grandfather of Meghan Hamilton, Ashley Olywa, Brittany Olywa and (Cody) James Ledden. Great grandfather of Shane Hamilton. Dear brother of Roger Gordon (Audrey) and Anne Shaw (Gordon). Predeceased by his sister Sandra Riley (2018). Will be fondly remembered by Kiya Morphy, Leyla and Peyton. Bob was a farmer in Puslinch all of his life. He was a Puslinch Firefighter for 45 years, and retired as the Fire Chief. He was also a Township Councillor and on the Planning Board. Bob’s biggest passion was being on the farm and spending time with his family. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Puslinch Community Centre on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 1:00 - 4:00pm, with remarks at 1:00pm. Visitation and refreshments to follow. Arrangements entrusted to the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
