Good things to say about EDC

Councillor Dan Yake has good things to say about Well­ington North’s economic de­velopment committee.

At the March 8 council session, Yake noted that though he is not a member of that particular committee, he has been to a few recent meetings because he happened to be in the muni­cipal building at the time.

“The last couple of meetings I’ve attended, I’ve found them really encouraging, seeing what the committee and staff are up to as well as the various initiatives,” Yake added.

“It was really encouraging to see that.”
