GARDNER, Mable Elanor (nee Braun)
Passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 with family at her side at Lisaard House in Cambridge. Cherished wife of Ron for 46 years. Devoted step-mother to Joyce (Earl Tucker), Donna (Rich Kalan), Ron Reid (Donna), Lois (Leonard Schmidt), Brenda (Terry Schmidt), Jan Reid and loving mother to Alan Reid, Ken Reid (Debbie), Kevin Reid and Stewart Gardner (Jo-Ann). Sadly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by first husband Clifton Reid, step-son Howard Reid, sister Janet (Harold Smith), brother Ivan Braun and sister-in-law Jean (Bruce McGuire). Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Monticello United Church, 401247 Dufferin County Rd. 15, Grand Valley from 1:00 - 3:00pm and a Celebration of Life Service followed at 3:00pm. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lisaard House, Monticello United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
