Fox fundraiser

The weather was less than ideal for the 2019 Terry Fox Run in Erin on Sept. 15.
The morning started out promising but the clouds and rain moved in for the later half of the run.
There were 74 participants in this year’s run in Erin and with the support of the Optimist Club of Erin’s 14 volunteers, $7,714 was raised for cancer research.
A huge thank you goes out to all of the participants in this year’s run, the volunteers and the supporters of our event from the Town of Erin, the CVC and the Terry Fox Foundation.
Here is looking to the 2020 run, the 40th annual event nationally.
