FORSYTH, Dolores Mary (née: Rogers)
Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the age of 87. Dolores is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Bill. She was the cherished mother of William (Roma), Paul (Heather) and David (Jodie), and the proud grandmother of Madeleine, Alexander, Emily and Gillian. She will be dearly missed by her sister, Yvonne Dashwood of LaGrange, Georgia, her brother, Dennis Rogers of Nanaimo, BC and her daughter-in-law, Mandy. She was predeceased by her infant daughter, Deborah Ann, and her brother, Barry. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all of the wonderful staff at Groves Memorial Hospital, especially Dr. Cheryl Pridham for all of her patience and understanding. Cremation has taken place and as per Dolores’ wishes, there will be no funeral service held. Arrangements are entrusted to the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dolores may be made to Diabetes Canada or to the Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation, and are greatly appreciated by her family.
