Passed away at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Mary Middlemiss and her husband James. Ellen was the last surviving member of ten siblings. She is survived by her daughter Mary Jean Darroch (Murray) and grandchildren Andrew and Scott (Alanna Klages). The family would like to thank Dr. Seelan Moodley and the staff at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home for their kindness, care and compassion over the past few years. Cremation has taken place and a family gathering will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation 1-519-837-4858 would be appreciated.
