Fibre Festival – The first Fergus Fibre Festival, the brainchild of String Theory Yarn Shop owner and Fergus BIA director Miranda Holmes, was held on St. Andrew Street in downtown Fergus on May 28 with 32 vendors, food trucks and live animals. St. Andrew Street was closed to vehicles to accommodate festival-goers who came from near and far.
