Fergus residents celebrate Canada Day at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex
FERGUS - The grounds behind the Fergus Sportsplex were teeming with excitement over the weekend as locals and out-of-towners celebrated the Canada Day long weekend. Events included a dog agility show hosted by Wild Ontario, Zumba classes led by Sarah Gray, Canada themed Bingo, outdoor games, the Fergus Brass band, the Bears Cheerleading show and much more. Food trucks were on site and the evening came to a close with celebratory fireworks that could be seen and heard all over town.
