Fergus Curling Club hosts Sticks ’n’ Stones bonspiel
FERGUS – The Sticks ’n’ Stones bonspiel took place at the Fergus Curling Club on Nov. 10. It is an event during which all shots must be delivered with a curling stick. The winning team, curling out of Alliston, included: skip Bryan Knox, third Loeland Parliament, second Mike Moyer and lead David Buchanan. Knox has been at every Sticks’n’ Stones bonspiel since it started in 2005 and placed second several times before finally winning it all this year.
