Falling into Art latest offering at Minto gallery

HARRISTON - The Minto Arts Council will present an exhibit of work by members of the Saugeen Artist Guild at the Minto Arts Gallery from Sept. 5  to 27.

An artists’ reception for the guild’s new show, entitled Falling into Art, will be held Sept. 7 from 6:30 to 8pm at the gallery, located on the top floor of the Harriston library.

The show will comprise a collection of art works from over 20 accomplished artists. These will include water colours, oils, stained glass, jewelry, acrylic, mixed media and more.

“We are excited to have them back again with their latest works of art,” gallery officials state.

The gallery, located on the top floor of the Harriston library is open  Tuesdays from 6 to 8pm, Wednesdays from 2 to 4pm, Thursdays from 2 to 4pm and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
