EWFHT offers free virtual workshops
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has a number of free virtual workshops coming up next month:
– June 13 from noon to 1pm, The Mediterranean Diet for Good Health;
– June 21 from 6 to 7pm, the Highs and Lows of Diabetes; and
– June 22 from 4 to 5pm, Understanding Pre-Diabetes.
