EVERETT, Eldora (Green)
Of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace Nursing Home, Fergus on June 15, 2024 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Lightheart (1975) and late Chuck Everett (2013). Loving mother of Janice and Eric Cook of Fergus, the late Patsy Kristjanson and Louis Kristjanson of Fergus, Nancy Sallans and Arron Prendergast of Arthur and Tim Lightheart of Arthur. Fondly remembered by her 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Sister of Audrey and Edwin Anderson and Joyce and Leslie Heaton. Sister-in-law of Bernice Green and Shirley Green. Fondly remembered by her special friend Bill Dunne many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Roy and Eva Green, siblings Harold and Irene Green, Fred Green, Beverley Gowing and Steve Pellizzari, Don Green. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00pm and at the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Arthur on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 11:00 to 11:45 followed by the Funeral Service of Remembrance at 12:00pm. Interment in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. The family would like to thank Dr. Stickney and the staff at the Wellington Terrace for the exceptional care for the last two and a half years. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Wellington Terrace or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
