ERIN – There were many vintage cars shining under sunny skies at the Erin Legion’s 14th annual car show on Aug. 9. Local car collectors and visitors admired each meticulously maintained vehicle, shared restoration advice and swapped stories about local automotive history.

A gold Cadillac was hard to miss among the vehicles. It was equipped with a “flying lady” hood ornament and a fitting license plate.
