Erin Beef Club cooks group meals
The second meeting of the Erin Beef Club saw members get into groups and prepare a beef meal.
We got instructed to bring certain ingredients to make our dish that had to have beef in it.
While the meals were cooking we made the finishing steps that didn’t have to go on until the dish was cooked, such as cutting peppers, grating cheese and several others.
The club put their cooking experience to test, cooking burgers and hotdogs at Ed Stewart’s Equipment Open House on Saturday May 2. Thank you to Stewart’s for sponsoring our club.
