Emmanuel Christian High School students win high honours at Royal Canadian Legion competition
Fergus Legion – The Royal Canadian Legion annually sponsors a province wide competition for high school students. This year two Centre Wellington students from Emmanuel Christian High School in Fergus came out with high awards. They were presented with their certificates on April 20 at the Fergus Legion hall. Riki Westrik (middle left) placed 1st in Zone C3 and district C and 3rd at provincials for her poem He never came Back and Joelle Vanleeuwwen (middle right) placed 1st in Zone C3 and district C for her poster They do not die away. Fergus Legion – The Royal Canadian Legion annually sponsors a province wide competition for high school students.
