Elora firefighter toll booth set for Sept. 17
Firefighters here will once again be raising funds on behalf of Muscular Dystrophy Canada on Sept. 17 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
On Aug. 29, councillors here reviewed the Elora Firefighters’ Association application to once again undertake a toll booth on Metcalfe Street.
In accordance with the Safe Streets Act, toll booths are permitted subject to specific conditions.

Councillors quickly provided their endorsement of the event.
