Wellington North Township will hold two advance polls on Oct. 9 for the municipal elections.
Though election day is Oct. 25, the township will run advance polls on Oct. 9 at the Arthur community centre and the Mount Forest sport complex.
The polls will be between 10am and 8pm.
As council initially reviewed the bylaw, Mayor Mike Broomhead, said he believes that during the last election, advance polls were held at Birmingham Lodge in Mount Forest and Caressant Care in Arthur.
It turned out there were polling stations in those locations only on election day.
CAO-Clerk Lori Heinbuch said there would be polling stations there, but with reduced hours.
