East Wellington FHT hosting virtual seminars
EAST WELLINGTON - The East Wellington Family Health Team is running three free virtual workshops this month.
The workshops include:
- Cooking Class from 10 to 11am on Dec. 10;
- Better Sleep from 7 to 8pm on Dec. 10; and
- Heart Health on Dec. 16 from 12 to 1pm.
