Drayton’s Glenaviland subdivision one step closer to completion
MAPLETON – A subdivision under construction in west Drayton is one step closer to completion.
The Glenaviland subdivision is located at Bedell Drive and Ridgeview Drive.
Mapleton council passed a bylaw on May 12 to separate two blocks on the property into eight different lots, each with one townhouse unit, allowing the townhouses to be sold separately.
One of the blocks will have five units (which are nearing completion) and the other will have three units (not yet constructed).
Glenaviland Development Corporation’s draft plan of subdivision was approved in 2024.
Overall, the subdivision includes 57 townhouse units in six blocks.
