DRAYTON – Drayton Minor Hockey U11 held its annual Ring in the New Year Local League Tournament at the PMD Arena on Jan. 3. Two teams represented Drayton in the tournament (Drayton White and Drayton Black). The other teams were Saugeen Valley, Saugeen Shores 5, Grand Valley, Tavistock, Kincardine and Arran Elderslie. Saugeen Valley brought home gold. Tournament sponsors included Egg Farmers of Ontario, Northwind Bison, Drayton Chop House, Integral Hockey Guelph, Harriston Packing Co., Power Up Energy Lounge, Anna Mae’s Restaurant and Bakery, MilkUP Ontario and Costco.
