DRAYTON – Canada Day celebrations will be held at the Drayton Fairgrounds on July 1 after 5pm.
Township officials invite everyone to come out “for an evening packed with family fun, community spirit and Canadian pride.”
Entertainment includes bouncy castles, a Rotary Club car show and a touch-a-truck area for kids to check out the big vehicles.

The Drayton Agricultural Society will host a fundraising dinner at the ag hall at the fairgrounds. Township representative Mikayla Vandenberg told the Advertiser more information on the dinner is to come, and it will likely be cash only.
Live music from The Moore Band will begin around 7pm, and there will also be music from Maggie Mills.
The evening will end with a fireworks display at dusk.
