DOUCETTE, Dorothy
90 years old May 13, 1931 – July 4, 2021 It is with very sad hearts that we announce the passing of Dorothy, loving wife of Patrick Doucette. She is survived by her 9 children Alan, Brian, Howard, David, Joanne, Michael, Harvey, Patrick and Judy. She was a grandmother of 20 grandchildren and had 5 great grandchildren. Dot enjoyed her knitting, baking and couldn’t say no to ice cream. Her bottled peaches, pickles and beets will be missed as well as her cute little sayings. She had a heart of gold and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Breslau, Ontario, Friday July 9th at 1:00pm. Sadly, due to Covid-19 restrictions the service will have limited capacity. Following the service will be the entombment at Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimers Society of Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated.
