DENNY, Cecil William
Kind, selfless and loveable. Cecil passed away peacefully at the age of 81 with his wife and soulmate of nearly 63 years Sandra (Tye) Denny by his side. Father to Jamie (Lynn) Denny, Cori (Bob) McGinn, and Tirina (Bill) Bradford. Cecil celebrated many accomplishments throughout his life through sports, his career, and his family. He was proud to win a Canadian Sr B Lacrosse Championship in 1965, followed by a 30 year career at the Fergus Arena. In retirement, he continued to travel, do woodworking, enjoy and support all of his grandchildren. Cecil was deeply admired and appreciated by his grandchildren; Jarrett (Sam) Denny, Jamie (Daniella) McGinn, Jordan (Suzie) Denny, Tye (Mascha) McGinn, Brock (Jamie Lea) McGinn, Erik (Hillary) Bradford and Nicole Bradford. Cecil was so thankful to watch his family grow and welcomed many great grandchildren who adored him very much. Tye Sanderson, Lincoln and Anderson Denny, Colton and Cooper Denny, James and Sienna McGinn, and Bowen and Wyatt McGinn were all so lucky to know their Great Grandpa. Cecil was loved by so many and will truly be missed. Following Cecil wishes, no services will be held but please take a moment to raise a glass in his honour.
