DENNIS, Gordon Lavern

Devoted and loving husband and father April 22, 1932 – April 10, 2026. Survived by his wife Dorothy, married 72 years; children Lorraine Dennis (Randy Foreman), Jeffery Dennis, Christin Dennis (Helen Shaw), Myla Dunker (Narda Elvidge); daughters-in-law Cathy Lapierre and Karen McConnell; and son-in-law George Dunker (Lynne). Predeceased by his eldest son Randy Dennis (2022). A loving father figure to Chris Pollock (Barb). Dear grandfather of Myles (Cathy), Shawn (Katie), Dana (Jeremy), Erin (Tom), Jamie, Seth, Sam, Jessica (James), Bryce, Todd (Joelle) and Ashley; great-grandfather to Brayden, Abbey, Owen, Liam, Kylar, Tayden, Reed, Lennon, Faith, Caiden, Dameon, Alexia, Samiah and Mason (his mother Monique); great-great-grandfather of Eleanor. A celebration of life will be held at the Mount Forest & District Sports Complex, Upper Plume Room, 850 Princess St. Mount Forest on Sunday, May 3rd at 2:00pm. Following, all are invited to stay for refreshments and fellowship. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gordon are asked to consider our Community Pantry.
