ELORA - Have you ever thought about having a mini-forest in your own backyard?

Heather Schibli of Dougan and Associates attended the regular the meeting of Neighbourwoods on Jan. 18 at the Elora Centre for the Arts, to talk about Miyawaki, a Japanese method of growing mini forests in urban landscapes. The method, developed over 40 years ago, accelerates the upward growth of trees in a square metre plot.
