Charity car wash for Groves at Emmanuel Christian High School
Raising money for Groves – The first charity car wash for the season was held at the Emmanuel Christian High School on May 13. They came in dirty and left sparkling clean. Students from the school had to work hard in some cases to get the cars clean again. The proceeds all go to the Groves Hospital Foundation and all the soaps and supplies were donated for the car wash. It was a warm day so there had to be some shenanigans going on with students spraying students to have fun and to keep cool. “A big thank you goes out to all those who came in to have their car washed,” organizers stated.
