Century Church presents The Play That Goes Wrong

ERIN – The town’s Century Church Theatre opened The Play That Goes Wrong on May 25.

It is described by officials as a comedic play within a play, following the “hapless members of the Cornley Drama Society as they attempt to stage a 1920s murder mystery.”

From missed cures to wayward props and forgotten lines, everything that can go wrong will go wrong, officials stated.

“We’ve had a few hiccups along the way – fitting, considering the show. But nothing we can’t handle,” stated the production team.

“The spirit of this play is about resilience, teamwork and laughter, and that’s exactly what we’re bringing to the stage.”

Show time – The Play That Goes Wrong will be presented until June 8 at Century Church Theatre. Submitted photos

The theatre is located at 148 Wheelock St.
