BUCHAR, Michael John “Mike”
Passed away peacefully on May 21, 2019 at the Wellington Terrace at the age of 84. Mike was born in Kirkland Lake, Ontario on January 13, 1935. He was married on October 19, 2002 to his beloved wife Mary Tuck. Mike will be deeply missed by Mary’s children; Deb and Chris, Gary and Mary, Laurie and Rob, Tim and Lynne and their families. Mike is predeceased by his first wife Marian Buchar and their daughter Lauren. He is survived by two sons; James and Jeffrey, and granddaughter Alana. Mike had a very long successful career with Ford Motor Company and was always proud of his years of service there. The family would like to thank the staff at the Wellington Terrace for their years of special care for Mike. Family and friends visited on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Following the visitation were Words of Remembrance of Mike at 12:15pm, upstairs of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wellington Terrace or to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements entrusted with the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home.
